I founded my consulting business out of a passion for problem-solving and a deep commitment to serving my community. Recognizing that Humboldt County and the North Coast are often underserved in specialized environmental services, I saw an opportunity to fill this critical need. Being local and readily available for time-sensitive projects is not just a business strategy—it's a core value that drives my work.
My connection to this community runs deep, and I take great pride in supporting my fellow residents with their environmental sampling and consulting needs. I am grateful that my education and training have equipped me to make a meaningful impact in this role. I hold a B.S. in Geology from California State University, Chico, where I also completed over 24 upper-division units focused on the study of Naturally Occurring Asbestos (NOA).
My expertise in NOA has led me to speak at the prestigious NOA symposium in Las Vegas, hosted by the Association of Environmental and Engineering Geologists, where I discussed the unique challenges of the Paradise/Magalia region in California. Since 2014, I have gained extensive experience working with various regulatory bodies and consulting agencies, honing my understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.
